A minor fire broke out on Friday afternoon at the Kohinoor Industrial Estate on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel, triggering a quick multi-agency response and precautionary evacuation.<\/p>\n\n

According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), the fire was reported at 4:17 pm from an office located on the third floor of a ground-plus-three-storey commercial structure. The Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) reached the spot within minutes and declared it a Level-1 (minor)<\/strong> fire at 4:21 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Multiple emergency units\u2014including the Mumbai Fire Brigade, Mumbai Police, BEST, 108 ambulance<\/strong>, and staff from the local BMC ward office\u2014<\/strong>responded promptly to the incident.<\/p>\n\n

Officials confirmed that the blaze was confined to the office area and was brought under control and fully extinguished by 5:26 pm<\/strong>. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties<\/strong> were reported.<\/p>\n\n
