Movement of heavy vehicles will be prohibited on the Western Express Highway (WEH) between Vakola Flyover and Dahisar Toll Naka, in both directions, from 2 pm to 9 pm. The restrictions aim to ensure security and smooth traffic flow during the high-profile event.
Emergency services, VVIP security vehicles, and other authorised transport will be allowed. Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes and follow traffic police instructions to avoid delays.
The India Maritime Week, themed “Uniting Oceans, One Maritime Vision,” will see participation from over 85 countries and 350 global speakers, highlighting India’s growing maritime strength.
