Travelling from Nagpur or Nashik to Mumbai will soon get faster as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has approved a Rs 6,000 crore plan for a 29 km elevated road. The project will connect the Samruddhi Expressway from Aamne near Bhiwandi to Saket in Thane, offering a direct route for vehicles entering Mumbai.
