Mumbai: Panic briefly gripped residents of a high-rise residential tower in Goregaon East on Thursday morning after a fire broke out in a flat on the ninth floor of a 45-storey building. Swift action by emergency services ensured that the blaze was brought under control without any loss of life or injuries.
